Each villa consists of two buildings. The main building has two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a large, fully stocked kitchen, living and dining area. The second building - Casita - has two additional bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. Both buildings have sea views and are connected by a covered patio. Great for having space to entertain large groups while still being able to get privacy when you need.

All villas also have a private boat dock making excursions easy, right from your doorstep. Check out all that Seabird has to offer.

Interior

Each Seabird Villa is a four-bedroom, two building home. The main building has a full-kitchen, living room, dining area, two main bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. A second building (Casita) has two additional bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. Ceiling fans and air conditioners are throughout along with complete furnishings and every kitchen convenience needed to feel right at home. Larger windows and doors allow you access to the patio and expansive views of the Placencia Bay and Belizian mountains. Wi-Fi in each Villa keeps you and your guests connected.

You can also finish the evening cooking local vegetables or fresh caught fish on a private commercial-grade outdoor grill. Best of all, each Villa has private dock making sea adventures convenient when departing or returning right from your doorstep.

Villas Categories

All Seabird villas are kept to the highest standards of form and function. The only difference are those that have a private plunge pool, which are the Luxury Villas. There are also two villas located at the edge of Seabird and provide the most in privacy and 180 degree water views overlooking the bay and mountains, which are the Premium Villas.
